Naturally-occurring local topsoil, screened to 3/8″ to pull rocks and clods. Best as a base for sod or general fill — not amended, so pair with compost for planting beds. Like most Wasatch-Front topsoil, it's clay-rich; mix in compost for drainage and nutrition before planting into it.
